- Activities SIRANG manufacturing company In 1994, Sirang Company has begun working as one of the most important loom zone of the country, manufacturing Fully drawn yarn (FDY), Partially oriented yarn (POY), Drawn textured yarn (DTY) and Bulk continuous Filament (BCF). Production lines have the capacity to produce POY yarns from 75 to 750 denier and MY yarns from 75 to 1200 denier. Considering consuming chips and equipped machines with color system it is possible to produce superbright and semi-dull yarns in colorless, white and colored types and the production range varies in 70 tons to 100 tons, dependent on customer’s order and produced yarn number. Productions are used in all kinds of textiles and carpets and can compete in global markets. In quality control laboratory which is equipped with various kinds of measurement and evaluation devices, the parameters like chips moisture degree, yarn length stability, shrinkage percentage and intermingle number are controlled continuously and the waste yarns are separated before packing. Besides company has ISO 9001 certificate of Germany-Iran TUVNORD for presence in global market. Produced yarns are generally packed as pallets and in special cases according customer’s request they are packed in cartons. At the moment company staff are working three shifts in 24 hours; they work in different parts of production, quality control, packing, warehouse and services.
